Many Ghanaians after successfully completing their first degree (undergraduate) in Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) think that the undergraduate degree would be enough is see them throughout their professional life.
Some reasons why many Ghanaians do not pursue their M.B.A’s
It’s too early to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A). Many Ghanaians on the average are very young after completing their undergraduate degrees. Average age is between 22 – 25. Many see that there is more time ahead so they keep postponing their education only to find out that time has been far spent later.
Many Ghanaians due to students loan applied for during college, would have to work to pay the university back. For this reason, their M.B.A studies are postponed.
They either do not pursue a Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A) due to inadequate funds or due to their job schedules.
